Due to the nature of our beauty products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or shade preference. Please ensure your selection is correct before completing your order.
2. Manufacturing Defects
We only offer replacements if an item arrives with a manufacturing mistake or is damaged.
Reporting: You must notify us at [Info@asal-qtr.com] within 48 hours of delivery.
Requirements: The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect.
3. Resolution
Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
